About Nozaki-gyu
Approximately 15 staff members in their 20s and 30s tend around 400 head of cattle each that they manage daily with the objective of achieving mass production of “Nozaki-gyu” top-grade grade Japanese Black beef.
The gradually increasing export of Japanese beef is being well received overseas, so our aim is to produce Nozaki-gyu the entire world will say is delicious.
